段差のある立体的なベゼルとスリムに伸びるラグを組み合わせたホワイトゴールド製ケースは、鋭さと穏やかさを兼ね備えたフォルムを描き、シルバーダイヤルの控えめな輝きと見事に調和しています。ダイヤル上はサンバースト仕上げに加え、バーインデックスとペンシルハンドが配置され、日付表示を備えながらも全体の均整を崩さない絶妙な設計バランスが印象的です。ムーブメントには、パテック・フィリップ製自動巻キャリバーの最終発展型とも呼ばれるCal.27-460Mを搭載。前身となるCal.12-600ATを継承しつつ、薄型設計と高トルクを両立させたこの機構は、静粛性や巻き上げ効率にも優れ、当時としては最先端の自動巻ムーブメントでした。27-460Mにおける「M」は日付機構を示し、機能性の高さと視認性の良さが一体化された設計思想が随所に見て取れます。

ダイヤルは経年変化による焼けや染みが一切見られず、サーフェイスの輝きと印字の輪郭がいずれも鮮明に保たれています。針は酸化や変色はなく、光を穏やかに反射する状態を維持しており、全体として調和の取れた顔立ちです。ケースは小傷の少ない上質なコンディションで、ラグやベゼルのエッジは立体的なプロポーションを崩すことなく残されています。裏蓋はスクリューバック仕様で、当時の仕上げである同心円状のヘアラインがはっきりと確認でき、外装の仕上がりにおいて時代を超えた完成度が感じられます。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

This Ref. 3445 features a white gold case defined by its multi-faceted bezel and elongated lugs—a form that balances sharpness with refinement. Its subtle silhouette is complemented by a silver sunburst dial, where baton indexes and pencil hands are arranged in perfect symmetry, even with the addition of a date display. The movement is the Caliber 27-460M, regarded as the final evolution of Patek Philippe’s legendary automatic calibers. An advancement of the earlier Cal. 12-600AT, this movement combines a thin profile with high torque, and offers exceptional winding efficiency and quiet operation—state-of-the-art engineering for its time. The “M” denotes the date function, and its integration reflects Patek Philippe’s hallmark harmony between technical innovation and refined design.

The dial remains in pristine condition, showing no signs of aging, discoloration, or spotting. The surface finish retains its luster, and the printed details are crisp and legible. The hands are free from oxidation or tarnish, and softly reflect the light, contributing to the watch’s balanced and composed aesthetic.
