オメガのワンプッシュクロノ「クロノストップ」は、スタート・ストップ・リセットを2時位置のひとつのボタンで行うクロノグラフ機構を備えています。経過秒の計測に特化したシンプルな操作性は、スポーツモデルらしい機能美を感じさせます。ベゼルはヘアライン仕上げ、ケース外周は鏡面仕上げと異なる質感の切り替えが映え、ダイヤルは中央が沈み込むように傾斜した独特の造形を持ちます。斜傾部に配されたアプライドインデックスは、半球状の夜光を部分的に重ねた意匠で、ミニッツは0.2秒単位まで刻まれた精密なプリントが特徴です。オメガ純正のメッシュブレスを備えたオリジナリティの高い仕様です。

ケースはヘアラインと鏡面の仕上げ分けが鮮明に残るミントコンディション。ダイヤルも気になる劣化がなく、ミントコンディションを保っています。ペンシルハンドのブラックプリント、センタークロノのオレンジプリントはいずれも当時の色味をそのまま残し、鮮やかなコントラストを見せています。インデックスは鏡面の輝きが美しく、メッキの剥がれは見られません。ルミナスは焼けが少なく形状も崩れておらず、ヴィンテージとして理想的な状態です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

＜Geneve（ジュネーブ）＞シリーズは、コンステレーション、デビル、スピードマスター、シーマスターなどのシリーズの中でエントリーモデルとして1964年に登場。エントリーモデルとはいえ、発売当時の国産機械式時計などと比べるとはるかに高性能で、高価な時計でした。デザイン性が高く、メンズ、レディス共に都会的でスタイリッシュなモデルが多いラインです。現在では生産されていないモデルのため、アンティークでしか味わえない魅力があります。

Omega’s single-pusher chronograph, the “Chronostop,” is equipped with a mechanism that starts, stops, and resets via a single button at 2 o’clock. Designed specifically for elapsed-seconds timing, its straightforward operation embodies the functional beauty of a true sports watch. The bezel features a brushed finish, while the case perimeter is polished, creating a striking contrast in textures. The dial has a distinctive recessed slope toward the centre, with applied indexes partially topped with hemispherical lume plots. The minute track is finely printed to 0.2-second increments, underscoring its precision. This example comes with the original Omega mesh bracelet, adding to its authenticity.

The case is preserved in mint condition, with the alternating brushed and polished finishes still crisp. The dial likewise shows no visible deterioration and remains in mint state. The black printing on the pencil hands and the orange printing on the central chronograph hand retain their original vibrancy, providing a sharp contrast. The indexes gleam with a mirror-like polish, free from plating loss. The luminous material has aged evenly with minimal patina and retains its original form, making this an ideal vintage specimen. Fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced in-house.

Beyond the simplicity of its monopusher functionality, the Chronostop’s space-age, playful aesthetic vividly reflects the spirit of the late 1960s, just before the dawn of the 1970s. The Genève line was introduced in 1964 as an entry-level collection alongside the Constellation, De Ville, Speedmaster, and Seamaster. Despite its entry-level positioning, these watches were considerably more advanced—and more costly—than many domestic mechanical watches of the time. Known for their stylish, urban designs for both men and women, Genève models remain desirable today as discontinued references available only in vintage form.
