シーマスター300 Ref.14755。ファーストモデルの意匠を色濃く継承した、セカンドモデルにあたるシーマスターです。時針にはドーフィン、分針にはブロードアローを採用し、当時のツールウォッチらしい力強い表情を見せています。ダイヤルは、オメガが黒文字盤において最も早く開発したとされるマット仕上げで、視認性と機能性を追求した設計。レターと目盛りは下地出し、ルミナスはレイルマスターRef.2914と同様の彫り込み仕様が採用されており、こだわりの作り込みが随所に見られます。

程よく使い込まれたケースは小傷こそあるものの、ケースバックの刻印がしっかりと残っており、良好なコンディションを維持しています。ベゼルインサートは写真の通り、経年による剥離が見られます。プラスチック風防は純正のNOS品に交換済みで、交換前のオリジナルガラスも付属いたします。ダイヤルはインデックス周辺が経年でややフェードしており、ヴィンテージならではの雰囲気を演出。針はごくわずかなくすみが見られるものの、艶やかな輝きを保っています。インデックスはホワイトを維持しております。ラジウムは濃く焼けたベージュへと変化しており、独特の味わいを加えています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The Seamaster 300 Ref. 14755 is a second-generation model that faithfully carries over the design language of the first Seamaster 300. It features a bold and purposeful look, with a dauphine hour hand and broad arrow minute hand—both characteristic of professional tool watches from the era. The dial is finished in matte black, believed to be one of the earliest of its kind developed by Omega, designed with a strong emphasis on legibility and functionality. The minute track and text are recessed, while the luminous markers are carved into the dial in the same fashion as the Railmaster Ref. 2914, reflecting the brand’s meticulous attention to detail.

The case shows signs of moderate wear, with light surface marks consistent with careful use, yet the caseback engravings remain crisp and well-preserved. The bezel insert, as shown in the photos, exhibits typical age-related peeling—a common issue with this reference. The crystal has been replaced with a NOS (new old stock) example, providing excellent clarity, and the original crystal is included with the watch. The dial shows gentle fading around the indexes, adding a warm vintage character. The hands retain their lustrous finish with only minimal patina, and the indexes remain bright white. The radium lume has aged into a rich beige tone, offering a pleasing and distinctive vintage charm. The watch has been fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced by our watchmaker.

This Omega Seamaster 300 embodies timeless, functional elegance. With the crystal upgraded to a NOS unit for improved legibility—and the original crystal still included—this piece blends practical enhancements with a commitment to historical authenticity. The fragile nature of the original bezel inserts means that most surviving examples show damage or have been restored.
