Depending on the angle, the text appears to blend into the background—evoking the understated charm of a so-called “ghost dial.” The dial is constructed with classic Rolex simplicity, featuring baton hands and matching indexes. Lume is applied to the center of the hands and the outer edges of the hour markers, offering reliable legibility without disrupting the design. The watch is paired with a riveted Ref.7205 bracelet, fitted with end links stamped 57 and a clasp dated 69/2.

Powering the watch is Rolex’s celebrated Cal.1570, a movement revered for its robust construction and outstanding accuracy. This example is an earlier iteration that predates the introduction of the hacking feature, lending it a vintage purity that appeals to collectors and purists alike.
