洗練された印象を与える樽型のCラインケースは、1970年前後に多く見られたスタイルで、名デザイナー ジェラルド・ジェンタの手によるものです。本品は前期型ならではのドーム型風防を備えており、後年のフラットガラス風防に比べてヴィンテージらしさが際立ちます。ケースは希少なローズゴールドをステンレスに厚く被せた仕様で、イエローゴールド張りに比べて一段と珍しい存在。ケースバックのメダリオンまでも色味を揃え、オメガの丁寧な仕事が確認できます。リネン仕上げのダイヤルは繊細な質感を湛え、ブラックプリントが施されることで視認性とデザイン性を両立しています。針はペンシル型で中央に夜光塗料を備え、インデックスもブラックプリントと外周夜光を組み合わせた二重構造です。

ムーブメントには信頼性の高いCal.751を搭載。56系キャリバーの中でもデイデイト機構を備え、巻き上げ効率や作動安定性に優れています。日付は早送り機能を持ち、曜日は針回しで調整する仕様となっています。

ケースは小キズこそあるものの全体のフォルムを美しく保ち、側面のファセットやラグのエッジは鋭さを残しています。ダイヤルはエイジングの見られないミントコンディションで、リネンのテクスチャーとブラックプリントが鮮明。針はくすみのない良好な状態で、インデックスのプリントは崩れがなく残されています。夜光塗料は程よくベージュへと変化し、ヴィンテージらしい趣を添えています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The refined tonneau-shaped C-line case embodies a style widely seen around 1970, a design credited to the legendary Gérald Genta. This early example is fitted with a domed crystal, which accentuates its vintage character compared to the flatter glass used in later models. The case is clad in thick rose gold over stainless steel—a far rarer variant than yellow gold plating—with even the caseback medallion finished to match in tone, reflecting Omega’s meticulous craftsmanship. The linen-textured dial carries a subtle sophistication, its black printing offering both clarity and design balance. Pencil hands with luminous centers are paired with double-structured indexes, combining black print with luminous plots along the outer track.

Powering the watch is the reliable Cal. 751, one of the 56x series movements, notable for its day-date mechanism, stable operation, and efficient winding. The date features a quickset function, while the day is adjusted via hand-setting.

The case shows only light wear, with its overall form preserved and the faceted sides and lugs retaining sharp definition. The dial remains in mint condition, free of aging, its linen texture and crisp black print beautifully intact. The hands are clean and untarnished, while the indexes preserve their original clarity. The luminous material has aged gracefully to a warm beige, imparting vintage charm. Serviced and disassembled by our watchmaker.
