オイスターケースが3ピースから2ピースへ進化した第二世代のバブルバックモデル。特徴的なのは、ねじ込み式ではないスーパーオイスターリューズを装備している点です。ダイヤルはマットホワイトで、ゴールドではなくシルバーカラーが珍しい、飛びアラビアのエンボスインデックスとアルファハンドが組み合わさっています。ドット夜光を縁取る意匠はこの年式ならでは。テールドットのブルースチール秒針がさらに印象を引き立て、クラシックな魅力を放っています。ブレスレットは後年の社外品ですが、エキスパンション仕様で実用性があります。

The Oyster case evolved from a 3-piece to a 2-piece design in the second generation of the Bubbleback model. A notable feature is the inclusion of a non-screw-down Super Oyster crown. The dial is a matte white, with the rare silver-colored raised Arabic numerals and Alpha hands instead of the typical gold accents. The design around the dot lume markers is characteristic of this specific model year. The tail-dot blue steel seconds hand further enhances the visual appeal, radiating a classic charm. The bracelet is a later aftermarket expansion type, offering practical usability.

The case retains the original proportions from the era, maintaining an excellent condition. The lugs are thick, and the deep grooves at the base of the lugs are well-preserved, with minimal signs of wear or dings. The dial shows slight aging, but it has an even, pleasant patina. The indices reflect light beautifully, and the blue steel hands remain in excellent condition. The watch has been fully serviced and cleaned by our company.

As the Bubbleback model represents the dawn of automatic winding technology, the winding mechanism was still in development during this period. It is recommended to use the manual winding function predominantly.
