ヴァルカンからジャンボケースのスポーツウォッチです。1940年から50年代にかけて製造され、当時としては大型の36.5mmサイズで希少な存在です。特徴的なホワイト×ブラックミラーのブルズアイダイヤルは、夜光塗料のアラビアンインデックスとシリンジハンドで飾られ、1940年代のスポーツウォッチの定番デザインとなっています。スモールセコンドモデルで、全体のバランスが良く、6つの爪で固定されたスクリューバックケースには「WATERPROOF」、「ANTIMAGNETIC」、「INCABLOC」などの高性能を示す刻印が施されています。

ケースは小さな打ち傷は見られますが、魅力的なシェイプを残した美しい造形です。使用感が現れやすいリューズは、綺麗な状態で保たれています。ダイヤルはエイジングの少ない稀有なコンディションです。ブラックミラーの部分はブラウンチェンジしたスペシャルな経年変化です。シリンジハンドの針はエイジングが確認できますが、雰囲気が良いです。インデックスのルミナスはベージュカラーが美しく、フェイス全体を芳しいものへと仕上げています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

From Vulcain comes this sports watch housed in a Jumbo case, a rare find for its substantial size of 36.5mm back in the 1940s to 50s. The dial features a white-and-black mirror bulls-eye, a classic design for sports watches at the time, with luminescent-coated Arabic indices and syringe hands. This particular model is a small seconds variant, displaying a well-balanced overall design. The case boasts a 6-claw screw-back engraved proudly with its high-performance features like "WATERPROOF," "ANTIMAGNETIC," and shock resistance with "INCABLOC."

While the case shows minor abrasions, it maintains a beautiful shape with its captivating design. The often susceptible crown appears in a clean condition. The dial is in a rare condition with minimal aging, and the brown-changing special patina on the black mirror part adds character. The aging on the syringe hands contributes to a charming atmosphere.
