COMMENT

ダイヤルは縦のヘアライン仕上げが施され、シンプルで洗練された印象を与えます。針は細身のペンシルハンドで、秒針は根本が太く、先端が鋭く尖ったデザインが特徴的で、シャープな印象を与えます。インデックスはバータイプで、中央に稜線が引かれた意匠が施されています。ダイヤルのプリントレターはロゴと6時位置の「SWISS」表記のみで、ドレスウォッチらしい端正なデザイン。ケースはカラトラバスタイルで、ラグからラグがシームレスに繋がっており、手巻きのため薄型のケースが特徴です。11時方向のラグ裏には、18金無垢であることを示すホールマークが刻印されています。

ほとんど使用されていません。ケースは傷が最小でクリアなコンディションを保っています。裏側のラグに刻印されたホールマークはしっかりと残っており、ヘアラインも現存しています。ダイヤルはパーフェクトな状態を保っており、針は薄っすらとくすみがありますが、肉眼では一切気にならず全体的に輝きを維持しています。インデックスは鏡のような状態を維持しており、非常に良好なコンディションです。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

COMMENT

The vertically brushed dial presents a clean and refined appearance. The hands are slender pencil-style, with the seconds hand featuring a thicker base and sharply tapered tip, adding a crisp, modern character to the watch. The bar indices are faceted along the center line, catching the light beautifully. Only the brand logo and the “SWISS” inscription at 6 o’clock are printed on the dial, giving it a composed, dress-watch-like aesthetic. The case features a Calatrava-style design with seamless lugs that flow smoothly from the case. As a manually wound piece, the profile remains slim and elegant. A hallmark on the reverse of the 11 o’clock lug confirms the case is crafted in solid 18k gold.

The case is in excellent condition with only minimal signs of wear. The hallmark and original brushed finish remain clearly visible on the lugs. The dial exhibits subtle aging in the form of faint darkening, but it is minimal and does not detract from the overall beauty. The hands show a light patina, while the indices retain a mirror-like finish and are in superb condition. Fully disassembled and serviced by our workshop.

Even after more than 50 years, this Audemars Piguet remains in remarkable condition. The combination of a sharply executed Calatrava case and an exquisitely restrained dial gives it the aura of a finely crafted work of art.
