ROLEX Air-King Ref.5500は、ロレックスが長期にわたり製造を続けた代表的なオイスターパーペチュアルのひとつです。Ref.5500はエアキングでプラスチック風防を採用した最後のリファレンスであり、ヴィンテージロレックスらしい質感を楽しめる世代です。ダイヤルは艶のあるブラックミラーダイヤルで、アプライドの王冠ロゴ、バーインデックス、トリチウムを配したフラットなペンシルハンドを組み合わせています。ブレスはリベットオイスターブレスレット7205、エンドリンク57、クラスプデイト4/66です。

ケースは使用に伴う小傷が見られますが、全体として良好なコンディションを保っています。ラグはしっかりと厚みを残し、ケースサイドのラインもきれいに確認できます。ブラックミラーダイヤルは艶感を維持しており、深い光沢が楽しめる状態です。アプライドの王冠ロゴ、針、プリントに目立つ劣化は見られず、トリチウム夜光は自然な色合いへ変化しています。バーインデックスは上面にわずかなくすみが見られますが、肉眼で大きく気になるものではなく、金属部分の反射も良好です。ブレスレットとクラスプは使用感を伴いますが、時計全体の雰囲気を損なわない状態です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The dial is a glossy black mirror dial, fitted with an applied coronet, baton indexes, and flat pencil hands with tritium luminous material. The watch is paired with a Ref.7205 Oyster rivet bracelet, 57 end links, and a clasp dated 4/66.

The case shows minor scratches from use, but remains in good overall condition. The lugs retain good thickness, and the lines of the case sides are clearly visible. The black mirror dial retains its glossy surface, offering a deep and attractive sheen. The applied coronet, hands, and printed details show no noticeable deterioration, while the tritium lume has aged to a natural tone. The baton indexes show slight oxidation on the upper surfaces, but this is not strongly noticeable to the naked eye, and the metallic reflection remains pleasing.
