サンレイ仕上げが美しいシルバーダイヤルに、バーインデックスとドーフィンハンドを組み合わせたクラシカルな意匠。センターにブラックを配し、視認性を高めています。ノンデイト仕様によるシンメトリーなデザインが際立ち、ケースは多面構成とファセットを組み合わせた独自性の高い造形を誇ります。

搭載ムーブメントはCal.4520A。ブリッジ式のテンプ受けが特徴的で、毎秒10振動（36,000振動/時）という高振動を実現しています。標準的な手巻17石を上回る石数を持ち、耐摩耗性にも優れた設計。アンティーク・グランドセイコーの中でも45GSは後にVFAへと発展し、その基盤となったのがこの高振動機構だといえます。

ケースは使用傷がわずかに見られる程度で、稜線の立ったシャープなフォルムを維持。上面のヘアラインが鮮明に残り、非常に好印象です。ダイヤルはエイジングの兆候がなくクリアな状態。針はくすみがなく輝きを放ち、インデックスは多面カットのファセットが鏡のような反射を見せています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

At its heart is the Cal. 4520A, distinguished by a bridge-style balance cock and operating at a high frequency of 36,000 vibrations per hour. With more jewels than the standard 17-jewel hand-wound movement, it was engineered for superior durability and precision. Among vintage Grand Seikos, the 45GS laid the foundation for the celebrated VFA models, its high-beat architecture representing Seiko’s pursuit of technical mastery.

The case shows only minimal wear, preserving its sharp ridges and original profile. The brushed finish on the upper surface remains crisp and well defined.
