グレー調のサンバーストダイヤルが光を受けて繊細な放射を描くRef.162.046。ミニッツトラックを省いた端正なフェイスに、6・9・12時は平面仕上げのスクエアインデックスを配し、その上にローマ数字をプリントするというレアな意匠が採用されています。さらにルーペで確認すると、ローマ数字が載る中心部のみヘアライン仕上げとし、強い反射による視認性低下を抑える工夫が施されています。横方向のバーインデックスが独特のリズムを生み、夜光を用いず意匠のみで構成された表情が印象的です。3時位置にはデイトを備え、全体は軽やかで都会的な佇まいにまとめられています。

ダイヤルは落ち着いたコンディションを保ち、サンバーストの質感は明瞭です。ケースに目立つ線傷は確認できません。当時の純正革ベルトとバックルが付属し、ベルトは使用感がほとんど感じられない状態です。実使用は極めて少なかったものと推察されます。ムーブメントは自動巻Cal.1002を搭載。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Ref. 162.046 features a grey sunburst dial that radiates delicately when touched by light. The clean, uncluttered face omits a minute track, while the 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions are marked by flat-finished square indexes overprinted with Roman numerals—an uncommon and distinctive design. Under magnification, the central area beneath the Roman numerals reveals a subtle hairline finish, a thoughtful detail intended to reduce glare and preserve legibility. Horizontal bar indexes introduce a unique rhythm across the dial, and the absence of luminous material emphasizes a design-led aesthetic. A date aperture at 3 o’clock completes the composition, resulting in a light, metropolitan character.

The dial remains in calm, well-preserved condition, with the sunburst texture clearly defined. No prominent scratches are visible on the case. It is accompanied by its original period Omega leather strap and buckle, the strap showing minimal signs of wear, suggesting very limited actual use. Powered by automatic Cal. 1002.
