COMMENT

ブラック寄りの深い青が光で表情を変え、太いインデックスと淡い色味で描かれた外周のミニッツラインが全体の輪郭を作ります。3時位置はデイト表示を備え、ガラス上のカレンダー用拡大鏡によって日付が見やすく整えられています。リューズが大ぶりなビッククラウンのため、操作性が高いモデルとなっています。

ダイヤルは落ち着いたコンディションを保ち、プリントの視認性が確保されています。ベゼルは削れることなく輪郭が明瞭で、色味の変化が見られない良好な状態です。針とインデックスの夜行は、針側がエイジングにより落ち着いた雰囲気に変化し、インデックス側は明るい色味となっております。ケースは使用に伴うスレが見られますが、プロポーションは崩れていません。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Ref.566.024は小径ケース（約26mm）で展開されたシーマスターの一系統で、回転ベゼルを備える点から「Seamaster 60」として扱われる個体が見られます。　搭載するCal.681は24石の薄型自動巻で、約40時間パワーリザーブ、19,800振動/時といったスペックを備え、小さなケースサイズの中で実用性を成立させた設計です。

名作シリーズ「シーマスター 60」。今はもう製造されていないヴィンテージオメガのひとつ。日常使いのし易いサイズ感とフォルムが特徴的で、年々ファンからの注目が集まる時計のひとつ。1848年の創業から160年以上もの歴史を誇るスイスの老舗時計メーカー＜OMEGA（オメガ）＞。創業からちょうど100周年を迎えた1948年に誕生したのが＜Seamaster（シーマスター）＞です。

COMMENT

The deep navy dial, bordering on black, shifts in expression as it catches the light. Bold indexes and a softly toned outer minute track define the overall structure of the face. A date display is positioned at 3 o’clock, enhanced by a magnifying lens on the crystal for improved legibility. The oversized “big crown” ensures ease of operation, reinforcing the model’s practical character.

The dial remains in composed condition, with the printed elements retaining clarity. The bezel shows no notable wear, its edges sharp and its color well preserved. The luminous material on the hands has aged to a subdued tone, while the lume on the indexes retains a brighter hue, creating a natural contrast. The case shows light surface wear consistent with use, yet its proportions remain intact. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

Ref. 566.024 belongs to a smaller 26mm Seamaster series, and examples fitted with a rotating bezel are often referred to as the “Seamaster 60.” It houses Cal. 681, a 24-jewel slim automatic movement beating at 19,800 vibrations per hour with approximately 40 hours of power reserve—an efficient design that delivers practical performance within a compact case.
