This Seamaster is distinguished by its highly original case design. The upper surfaces of the lugs curve gently and are finished with fine brushing, a form that recalls the lug architecture of the 120m “Deep Blue” diver. The softened edges achieve a balance between visual fluidity and structural solidity. The mirror-finished flat bezel integrates seamlessly with the mid-case, forming a silhouette that is subtly oval rather than perfectly round—an expression of Omega’s forward-thinking design language of the period. The case measures approximately 36mm, with elongated lugs that enhance its wrist presence. The metallic gray sandblasted dial is configured without luminous material, reinforcing its clean aesthetic. The watch is fitted with bracelet Ref. 1118 and end links 067.

The dial remains in well-preserved condition. Case edges and brushing are clearly defined, and the overall architecture is intact. The presence of the original bracelet is particularly important, as it complements the distinctive case shape with natural balance. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

During the 1960s, date-equipped models became the norm; by contrast, the no-date Ref. 165.067—counterpart to Ref. 166.067—was produced in more limited numbers. The sandblasted dial, non-luminous configuration, and assertive case form give this model a character unlike any other within the Seamaster lineage.
