シーマスター1stジェネレーションであるRef.2577は、年式ごとにケースの形状やムーブメントに微細な変化が見られますが、1.37mil、-11のこちらは中でも後期のモデルで、横穴のないファセット付きの極太ラグが特徴です。ケースバックにはSeamasterの刻印があり、ベゼルは取り外し可能に変更されています。面取りが施された長いラグとフラットベゼルが織りなす存在感は、堅牢な時計としての魅力を一層引き立てています。ダイヤルはピラミッド型のギョシェ仕上げが施され、通称ホブネイルデザインです。ツートンダイヤルで、中央部分に塗装を施しています。針はドーフィン型。信頼性の高い自動巻ムーブメントCal.354を搭載しています。

ケースには使用傷が見られますが、ラグの面取りがしっかりと残っており、非常に好印象です。ダイヤルはエイジングによってクラシカルな雰囲気を醸し出し、シックな表情を見せます。針にはくすみが見られますが、輝きを保っています。インデックスには最小限のパティナがあり、夜光はブラウンに変化しており、全体の落ち着いた雰囲気にマッチしています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The Seamaster Ref. 2577, recognized as the first-generation model, features subtle case and movement variations depending on the production period. This particular piece—serial 1.37 million with -11 suffix—is among the later examples, distinguished by its thick, faceted lugs without lug holes. The case back bears the classic Seamaster engraving, and unlike earlier versions, the bezel is removable. The combination of long beveled lugs and a flat bezel gives the watch a bold, sturdy presence. The dial features a guilloché hobnail texture, often referred to by collectors as a “hobnail” dial, with a two-tone layout and painted central section. It is paired with dauphine hands and powered by the reliable automatic bumper movement, Cal. 354.

While minor signs of use are present, the sharp bevels on the lugs remain well-preserved, leaving a strong overall impression. The dial has aged gracefully, developing a classical, subdued character. The hands show some patina yet retain a noticeable sheen, while the indexes exhibit minimal aging. The lume has aged to a warm brown, enhancing the vintage aesthetic of the piece.
