COMMENT

深いマットグレーダイヤルは、3時・6時・9時位置へそれぞれ30分積算計、12時間積算計、スモールセコンドを配置した、視認性と機能性を両立したクロノグラフです。ムーブメントはCal.861をベースに改良されたCal.911を搭載し、10時位置のリューズでデュアルタイム針、8時位置のリューズでインナーベゼルの操作が可能となっています。2ndモデルの特徴として、風防はフラットなミネラルガラスに変更されており、耐傷性が向上。ブレスレットはフライトマスター専用で、エンドリンクは155、クラスプには1162の刻印が確認できます。

ケースは傷が極めて少なく、リューズとプッシャーに施されたカラーリングは剥離なく保持されています。ダイヤルは退色や変色が見られず、非常に良好なコンディションです。針に目立ったくすみはなく、清潔感のある外観を保っています。外周のミニッツレイルはホワイトを維持しており、全体に劣化を感じさせない鮮明さが印象的です。針とインデックスの夜光塗料も白さを保っており、丁寧な保管環境が伺えます。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Ref.145.036は、フライトマスターにおける最終世代であり、このモデルをもって同シリーズは終了しました。初代からの主な変更点として、9時位置の表示が24時間からスモールセコンドへと変更され、Cal.911の操作性と実用性が強化されています。搭載ムーブメントはLEMANIA社製で、スピードマスターと同様のシリアル検索により1972年製と確認されています。スピードマスターがNASAに採用されたのと並行して、フライトマスターはソビエトの宇宙機関「ロスコスモス」に採用されており、機能性・信頼性の両面で最高水準を誇るパイロットウォッチの一つと位置づけられています。

COMMENT

This chronograph pairs excellent legibility with functionality, featuring a deep navy blue base dial with a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6, and a small seconds sub-dial at 9. It is powered by the Caliber 911, an enhanced version of the Cal.861, which allows operation of the dual-time hand via the crown at 10 o’clock and control of the internal rotating bezel via the crown at 8. As a second-generation model, it features flat mineral glass for improved scratch resistance. The watch is fitted with a Flightmaster-specific bracelet, distinguished by end links marked 155 and a clasp stamped 1162.

The case shows minimal signs of wear, and the colored accents on the crowns and pushers remain fully intact. The dial displays no signs of fading or discoloration, and the hands are free from notable tarnish, maintaining a clean, well-preserved appearance. The outer minute track remains a crisp white, contributing to the overall sharp and vibrant presentation rarely seen in vintage pieces. The luminous material on both the hands and indices also retains its original whiteness, indicating careful long-term storage. Fully overhauled and cleaned by our workshop.

The Ref. 145.036 represents the final evolution of the Flightmaster series, marking the end of its production. One key update from the first generation is the shift from a 24-hour indicator at 9 o’clock to a small seconds display, further enhancing the practicality of the Cal.911. The movement, manufactured by Lemania, has been date-confirmed to 1972 through serial lookup—identical to the Speedmaster’s tracking system. While the Speedmaster earned its place at NASA, the Flightmaster was officially adopted by the Soviet space agency Roscosmos, cementing its status as one of the most capable and trusted pilot watches of its era.
