目の覚めるような鮮烈なサンバースト仕上げのダイヤルが印象的なエアキング。バーインデックスとペンシルハンドの組み合わせは、この時期のロレックスに多く見られるクラシカルな意匠で、ノンデイト仕様により文字盤は左右対称に保たれ、洗練された印象を際立たせています。細身のインデックスと針によって、ダイヤルが視覚的に広く見える点も特徴です。ブレスレットには1975年に登場する、新型ハードブレスレットが装着されており、クラスプコード“A”により1976年製であることが示されています。

ケースは全体にバランスの取れたプロポーションを保ち、鏡面とヘアライン仕上げの境界は明瞭で、エッジの立ったシャープな仕上がりです。ダイヤルはエイジングの痕跡が一切なく、サンレイ仕上げの質感が美しく残されています。針とインデックスはメッキの剥がれが見られず、いずれも鮮やかな輝きを放っています。秒針はわずかに経年変化が認められますが、全体としては良好な状態です。ルミナスは程よく焼けたベージュトーンに変化しており、ヴィンテージならではの風合いを楽しめます。ブレスレットは伸びが少なく、装着感も快適です。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

This Air-King is distinguished by its vivid sunburst dial, radiating with a brilliance that immediately draws the eye. The combination of bar indexes and pencil hands is a classic Rolex design from this era, and the absence of a date window preserves perfect symmetry across the dial, lending it a refined, balanced appearance. The slim hands and markers contribute to an expansive visual impression, making the dial appear larger. Fitted with a genuine Rolex solid-link bracelet, the clasp code “A” indicates production in 1976.

The case maintains well-balanced proportions, with a clear distinction between polished and brushed surfaces, and sharp, well-defined edges. The dial shows no signs of aging, retaining its sunburst texture beautifully. The hands and indexes are in excellent condition, free from plating loss, and retain their vibrant luster. While the seconds hand shows slight signs of aging, the overall condition is excellent. The luminous material has aged to a pleasing beige tone, enhancing the vintage character. The bracelet remains tight with minimal stretch, offering a comfortable fit. Fully disassembled and cleaned by our workshop.
