こちらはスイスの老舗時計店、ギュブランのオートマチックです。高級宝飾店が自社名にて製造した個体。他社製品に自社の名を入れるダブルネームも数多く見られますが、こちらにも長い間時計を扱ってきた老舗のセンスが光ります。サークルごとに異なる仕上げが施されたダイヤルは、当時の流行を取り入れた偶数部分がアラビアで奇数がドットのパターンで、その夜光は年月を経たものにしか出せない計算されたかのような絶妙な色合いです。

IPSO－MATICとは独自の自動巻き機構を用いてるというアピールでしょうか、このネーミングも当時の流行ですね。また、それを∞マークで囲むセンスが素晴らしいです。ちなみにムーブメントはFELSA製の全回転オートマチックであるBIDYNATORへ、独自にスワンネック緩急針を加えたハイエンドモデルです。手直しがされていない35ミリのケースに張り出したラグやブルーのハンド(輝きは失われていない)など、要所要所を抜け目なく抑えてる点はさすがです。50〜60年代の腕時計のお手本のような1本です。
