ロレックスと共通の設計思想に基づき、堅牢性の高いオイスターケースやねじ込み式リューズ、刻印入りのスクリューバックが採用されています。ダイヤルは艶やかなブラックミラー仕上げで、希少なノンデイト仕様。3・6・9時のインデックスは二重構造となっており、立体感と重厚さを兼ね備えたスポーティな表情を見せています。12時位置のバラロゴはインデックス上にプリントされており、チュードルならではの個性が光る仕様です。ブレスレットはフォールデッド式のオイスターブレスレットRef.7835を装備し、エンドリンク357を装備しています。

ケースはわずかな小傷こそ見られるものの、全体として良好な保存状態を維持。ブラックミラーダイヤルはわずかに質感の変化が見られますが、概ね良好な状態を維持しています。。特徴的な針やインデックスは気になるような劣化はなく、全体としてバランスの取れた美観を備えています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

1930年代に＜ROLEX＞のディフュージョンブランドとして誕生。素晴らしい製造技術を誇りながらも、時計製造コストが高く認知度が低かった＜ROLEX＞に対して、低価格で一般庶民に親しまれた＜TUDOR＞。結果的には＜TUDOR＞が世間に認められたことで、＜ROLEX＞の認知度は急激に高まり、＜ROLEX＞は現在の「世界的に有名」なブランドとして認められるようになりました。

COMMENT

Crafted with the same engineering philosophy as Rolex, this piece features a robust Oyster case, screw-down crown, and an engraved screw-back case, all contributing to its durability and water resistance. The dial is finished in a lustrous black mirror gloss and notably features a rare no-date configuration. The 3, 6, and 9 o’clock hour markers are of a two-layered construction, lending the watch a bold, dimensional, and sporty character. At 12 o’clock, the Tudor rose logo is printed directly atop the applied index—a distinctive and charming detail unique to the brand. The folded Oyster bracelet is the correct Ref. 7835 with end links stamped 357.

The case shows only minimal signs of wear and remains in well-preserved condition overall. The black mirror dial retains its original luster with only slight textural variation visible under close inspection. The characteristic hands and indexes show no notable degradation, offering a visually balanced and well-maintained appearance. Fully overhauled by our workshop.

With its automatic movement and rugged construction, the Oyster Prince is a highly practical choice for daily use. The rare technique of printing the logo directly onto applied indexes is a detail shared only by select brands such as Ulysse Nardin and Omega, highlighting this model’s unique character.
