マストシリーズはダイアルバリエーションの豊富さが魅力。数ある中からお気に入りの1本を選べるのもこのシリーズの醍醐味。こちらは500本限定生産の希少モデル。12・6時位置に配されたアラビアインデックスとプリントで立体的に表現されたダイヤル。ワンオーナーものでしょうか、古くなっていますが純正の革ベルトが付属します。

ケースは未仕上げですが目立った傷は見られず、ガラスも含めて綺麗です。ダイヤルは素晴らしいコンディションです。ホワイトとゴールドは当時の色味を保っています。ベルトはクロコダイル製でタンク専用オリジナルのサイズのままに製作しております。カルティエ純正のDバックルが装備されておりますので、そのオリジナル性をお楽しみ頂けます。

このダイヤルデザインは、1950年代頃の時計をモチーフとしています。戦場での視認性向上のために、オールアラビアが主流だった1940年代から脱却した、デザインの1950年代です。見事にタンクで表現され、カルティエのデザインバリエーションの豊富さに感服させられる一本です。

現在では、ジュエラーとして名高いカルティエですが、まだ懐中時計が主流だった1904年に本格的な腕時計を製作したのはカルティエが最初でした。「タンク」という名前は、“戦車”を意味し、第一次世界大戦中の終結に貢献したといわれる、ルノー製の戦車がデザインの基となっています。その中でもマストシリーズは文字盤のバリエーションが豊富にあります。

The Mast series captivates with its rich variety of dial options, allowing you to choose your favorite from numerous selections, making it the essence of this series. This particular model is a rare limited edition, with only 500 pieces produced. The dial, featuring Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 o'clock positions and a three-dimensional print, offers a distinctive appeal. Though showing signs of age, it comes with its original leather strap, possibly from a single owner.

The case remains unfinished but displays no prominent scratches, and the glass is pristine. The dial is in excellent condition, retaining the color tones of white and gold from its era. The crocodile leather strap has been crafted to the original Tank size. Equipped with a Cartier genuine D buckle, you can enjoy its originality.

This dial design draws inspiration from watches of the 1950s.
