Patek Philippe Ref.2573/2は、18KイエローゴールドケースにCal.23-300を搭載したクラシックなカラトラバです。ダイヤルはマットなゴールドトーンで、光沢を抑えた質感がケースの色味と自然に馴染み、落ち着いた表情を作ります。細身のベゼルとすっと伸びるラグにより、33mm前後のサイズ感でも間延びせず、造形の端正さが際立つ構成です。外装とダイヤルのトーンが揃った、パテックらしい整いがあります。

本個体は販売当時のシールが裏蓋に残っており、保管状態の良さを強く感じさせます。ダイヤルはマット面の均一感が保たれ、印象は清潔で、経年による荒れは見受けられません。ベルトは当時のレザーストラップが残り、バックルはオリジナルを装備しています。こうした付属要素が揃うことで、時計全体の雰囲気に時代の空気がそのまま残ります。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The Patek Philippe Ref.3537 is an elegant dress watch produced in the 1960s to 1970s, powered by the renowned hand-wound Calibre 23-300. The 33 mm 18K yellow gold case, measuring only 7.5 mm thick, embodies Patek Philippe’s philosophy of refined lightness and precision. Its silver sunray dial reflects light with subtle gradation, while slim baton hands and bar indexes convey a restrained elegance inspired by 1960s modernism. The ultra-thin Cal.23-300, only about 2.5 mm thick, combines precision, durability, and refined finishing—hallmarks of Patek’s craftsmanship. The smooth winding feel and positional stability demonstrate the brand’s technical mastery.

The dial preserves its beautiful radial texture with crisp printing and sharp bevels on the hands and indexes, showing virtually no signs of aging.
