OMEGA Seamaster Ref.165.010は、シーマスターの完成形とも言えるRef.166.010のノンデイトモデルです。中央がわずかに隆起したヴィンテージらしいダイヤルに、バーインデックス、ドーフィンハンドを組み合わせたクラシックな構成です。12、3、6、9時のインデックス上面にブラックプリントを施した意匠は、このリファレンスの中でやや珍しい仕様です。ケースは薄型に設計され、日本人の腕にもよく馴染むバランスを備えています。ステンレスケースに厚く金を張ったカバードゴールド仕様で、ブレスレットはビーズオブライス、クラスプナンバー8220、エンドリンク11を装備しています。

ケースは整ったコンディションで、目立つ傷は見られません。ケースサイドやラグのエッジもきれいに残っており、全体としてシャープな印象を保っています。ダイヤルはごくわずかなエイジングにより、落ち着いたシャンパンゴールドの色合いへ変化しています。インデックスはくすみや大きな傷がなく、クリアな質感を維持しています。ブレスレットは6時側6コマ、12時側9コマの固定リンク構成で、当時らしいテーパーが楽しめます。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The OMEGA Seamaster Ref.165.010 is the no-date counterpart to the Ref.166.010, a reference often regarded as one of the most complete expressions of the classic Seamaster. The dial has a slightly raised center section, giving it a distinctly vintage character, and is paired with baton indexes and dauphine hands in a classical layout. The black accents applied to the upper surfaces of the indexes at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock are a somewhat uncommon detail within this reference. The case is designed with a slim profile, offering proportions that sit comfortably on the wrist. It features a gold-capped stainless steel case, with a beads-of-rice bracelet, clasp number 8220, and 11 end links.

The case is in well-preserved condition, with no noticeable major scratches. The case sides and lug edges remain clean, giving the watch a sharp overall impression. The dial has aged very slightly to a calm champagne-gold tone. The indexes show no significant oxidation or damage and retain a clear, well-kept appearance. The bracelet is configured with six fixed links on the 6 o’clock side and nine fixed links on the 12 o’clock side, allowing the elegant taper of the period to be enjoyed. As date-equipped models became more common in the 1960s, no-date references using the second-generation Seamaster case, such as Ref.14779 and Ref.165.010, were produced in smaller numbers. This watch combines the practicality of an automatic movement with the clean appearance of a no-date dial.
