中央が緩やかに隆起したボンベダイヤルを備え、やわらかな乳白色のカラーリングが上品な佇まいを作っています。筆記体ロゴ、細身のバーインデックス、パールドロップのミニッツマーカーを組み合わせたクラシックな構成で、ファセットを持つ針が端正な印象を引き立てています。特徴的なのは、いわゆる「寄り目」と呼ばれるデイト表示で、カレンダーディスクが内側に寄せられた独特のデザインです。ムーブメントは、ペラトン式自動巻のCal.8531を搭載しています。

ケースは使用に伴う小傷が見られますが、全体として良好なコンディションを保っています。ストレートラグはすっきりと伸び、ケースサイドのラインも自然な張りを残しています。ダイヤルは経年によるわずかな色味の変化が見られますが、ボンベダイヤル特有の柔らかな立体感をしっかりと楽しめる状態です。インデックス、パールドロップ、筆記体ロゴ、デイト窓のプリントも良好に残っています。リューズは古いデザインの魚マーク入りで、当時の防水仕様を示す魅力的なディテールです。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

This vintage IWC features a gently domed bombé dial, with a soft milky tone that gives the watch an elegant and refined appearance. The dial has a classical layout, combining a cursive logo, slender baton indexes, and pearl-drop minute markers, while the faceted hands add a clean and composed impression. One of its distinctive details is the so-called inward-set date display, where the calendar disc is positioned closer toward the center of the dial, creating a unique look. The watch is powered by the Cal.8531, an automatic movement equipped with IWC’s Pellaton winding system.

The case shows minor scratches from use, but remains in good overall condition. The straight lugs extend cleanly, and the case sides retain a natural sense of fullness. The dial shows slight age-related tonal change, but the soft dimensional quality of the bombé dial can still be fully appreciated. The indexes, pearl-drop markers, cursive logo, and printing around the date window are all well preserved.
