COMMENT

Tudor Ref.94200 belongs to the lineage commonly known as the “Monte Carlo” within the Oysterdate chronograph family. Its construction reflects Rolex-derived robustness, featuring a screw-down crown, lock-down pushers, and a tachymeter bezel—core elements of a purpose-built sports chronograph. This example is fitted with the highly sought-after bakelite bezel variant. The dial is unmistakable: a roulette-wheel-inspired layout accented with vivid orange details, a design signature unique to Tudor rather than Rolex. It features a small seconds at 9 o’clock, a 30-minute counter at 12, and a 12-hour totalizer at 6. The bracelet is the Rolex hard bracelet Ref.78360 with 569 end links.

The condition is particularly attractive. The case retains strong proportions, with substantial lug thickness still present. The bezel and crown are well preserved, showing no notable impact marks. The dial remains in mint condition, its bold yet refined color scheme intact. Luminous material and printing are free from loss, and the hands retain a clean texture.
