清潔感のあるエレガントなIWC。ダイヤルは緩やかにカーブしており、放射状のヘアライン仕上げに差し込む光が環を描くように動きます。細いバーインデックスと根本が細くなったペンシルハンドのコンビネーションは、繊細かつ実直なデザインです。控えめながらも、IWCのこだわりの意匠がしっかりと詰まっています。ケースデザインは曲線と直線がはっきりと分かれており、ストレートラグと呼ばれるバータイプのラグと、細身のベゼルが特徴的です。これにより、ダイヤルが引き立つモダンな印象を与えています。搭載されているCal.8541は、IWC独自のペラトン方式による自動巻ムーブメントです。両方向回転での自動巻を実現し、その性能の高さから現代でも使用されている機構です。これは、IWCが自社開発した最終キャリバーであり、完成された美しさがあります。

ケースは傷のほとんど見られないクリアなコンディションで、特に傷がつきやすいラグまわりも美しい状態を維持しています。ダイヤルはエイジングの見られないミントコンディションで、シルバーの艶やかな輝きを保っています。針は中央が山のようなファセットになっており、くすみやサビはございません。インデックスはくすみや傷がなく、当時のままの輝きを残しています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

アメリカマサチューセッツ州ボストン出身の時計師、フロレンタイン・アリオスト・ジョーンズが1868年に創立したのが始まり。特徴的なデザインで今なお世界中で人気を誇る「パイロット・ウォッチ」コレクションなど、多くの人気シリーズを発売。磁気から時計を守る為の軟鉄製インナーケースや、IWC独自の"ぺラトン式"と呼ばれる両回転式自動巻機構はあまりに有名。

A refined and elegant IWC that radiates understated sophistication. The dial features a gentle curvature, enhanced by a sunburst finish that catches light in circular motion, producing a quiet yet mesmerizing visual effect. The combination of slender baton indexes and tapered pencil hands reflects a design language that is both delicate and sincere—subtle, yet imbued with IWC’s signature attention to detail.

The case design distinctly separates curves from straight lines. It features straight bar lugs—commonly referred to as "straight lugs"—and a slim bezel that draws the eye toward the dial, creating a modern and clean aesthetic. Inside beats the IWC in-house Cal.8541, an automatic movement utilizing the brand’s proprietary Pellaton winding system. This bi-directional winding mechanism is still in use today due to its efficiency and mechanical brilliance. As the final evolution of IWC’s fully in-house calibers, it represents the culmination of their technical prowess and elegant design philosophy.

The case is in remarkably clear condition, with hardly any signs of wear—even the lugs, which are prone to scratches, remain crisp and sharp. The dial is in mint condition with no signs of aging, maintaining its lustrous silver tone. The hands feature faceted ridges that catch the light beautifully and show no oxidation or discoloration. The indexes are clean and pristine, retaining their original brilliance. The watch has been fully disassembled and serviced by our workshop.
