The Cartier Santos Octagon Ref.0907 is a ladies’ model produced in the 1980s. Its stainless-steel case measures approximately 25 mm in diameter and is accented by an 18 K yellow-gold bezel. The screw-adorned bezel and distinctive octagonal geometry evoke Cartier’s signature sense of refined jewellery design. The interplay of straight and curved lines gives the watch a softer interpretation of the angular Santos Galbée silhouette, resulting in a compact, graceful form that rests naturally on the wrist.

Both the case and bracelet feature a two-tone combination of steel and gold with finely polished facets that catch and reflect the light. The white-lacquered dial remains pristine, showing no cracks; the black-printed Roman numerals and minute track are crisp and intact.
