ROLEX SUBMARINER Ref.5513 Pre Comex

1962年から製造されたRef.5513は1989年まで製造されたロングセラー商品でした。その為、同じ型番であっても年式によって細かなマイナーチェンジが確認できます。こちらは通称「プレコメックス」。ロレックスが潜水作業専門会社コメックス(COMEX)に向けて製作したRef.5514と同様のスターン社製ダイヤルを備えています。幅広のずんぐりとした王冠ロゴがヴィンテージウォッチらしく、ROLEXの「L」の上部に見られる大きなセリフが特徴です。ブレスレットはRef.93150/580、クラスプコードはBで整合性があります。

ケースは素晴らしいプロポーションです。小傷のみの瑞々しい印象で、ラグは鏡面とヘアラインを分ける3面のファセットが揃っており迫力があります。ベゼルは擦れが見られず黒々としています。ベゼルファンクションはスムースに作動します。ダイヤルはルーペで確認すると若干のエイジングが見られますが、肉眼ではほとんど気になりません。針は鏡面のメッキ仕上げが美しく、トリチウムを理想的な状態で保持しています。ビデオにて状態をご確認ください。

The Ref.5513, manufactured from 1962 until 1989, was a long-selling product with minor changes observed based on the production year. This particular model is commonly referred to as the "Pre-Comex" due to its association with the diving company Comex (Compagnie Maritime d'Expertises) for which Rolex produced the Ref.5514 with a similar Stern dial. The broad and robust crown logo, typical of vintage watches, and the large serif above the "L" in ROLEX are distinctive features. The bracelet is the Ref.93150/580, and the clasp code is B, ensuring consistency.

The case exhibits excellent proportions with a fresh impression and only minor scratches. The lugs have three facets, dividing the mirror finish and hairline finish, creating an impressive look. The bezel shows no signs of wear and remains deep black. The bezel function operates smoothly. While there is slight aging on the dial when observed under a loupe, it is hardly noticeable to the naked eye. The hands, with a mirror-finished plating, maintain the ideal condition of tritium.
