サンレイ仕上げの美しいシルバーダイヤル。バーインデックスにドルフィンハンドのクラシカルな組み合わせで、どちらもセンターにブラックを配し読時性能の向上が図られています。ノンデイトのシンプルなデザインが好印象な一品です。搭載Cal.4520Aはブリッジ式のテンプ受けが印象的な10振動／秒（36,000振動/時）です。石数は手巻の標準的な17石より多く、耐摩耗性に優れています。アンティークのグランドセイコーの中でも45GSは45GS VFAまで発展。10振動という高振動があったからこそ、発展したのだと推測できます。

ケースは過去に研磨歴の見られない、素晴らしいプロポーションです。最低限の小傷こそ見られますが、裏蓋に保護シールがまだ残っており、元の雰囲気を損なわず良い味となっています。ダイヤルは中央は若干やけ素晴らしいヴィンテージ感です。針やインデックスは素晴らしい状態を保っています。

Details such as the GS-signed crown and the GS medallion on the caseback reflect the meticulous craftsmanship of the period and the high level of refinement achieved at the time.

The dial features a beautiful silver sunburst finish, paired with bar indexes and classic dolphin hands. Both the indexes and hands incorporate black center lines to enhance legibility. The clean, no-date layout adds to the watch’s elegant simplicity. The Cal.4520A it houses is notable for its bridge-mounted balance and high-beat rate of 36,000 vibrations per hour. With a higher jewel count than typical hand-wound movements, it offers improved durability and reduced wear. The case remains in exceptional, unpolished condition, preserving sharp edges and crisp flat surfaces. Minor marks are present but fall well within natural aging, and the caseback still retains its protective sticker—evidence of remarkable preservation. The dial shows a subtle warm aging at the center, adding a gentle vintage character without detracting from the overall appeal.
