COMMENT

This ultra-thin tonneau-shaped watch in 18K yellow gold features a refined, silk-like brushed finish across its upper surface, allowing the supple character of the gold to be fully appreciated. The dial is rendered in an elegant sandblasted texture, while the glass crystal produces a mirror-like brilliance when viewed in person. Both the hands and indexes are accented with central black printing, lending the watch exceptional legibility. It comes with an original Vacheron Constantin leather strap and buckle, both in unused condition.

Inside is the Cal. K1014, a high-grade movement based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal. 818 and used exclusively by Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin. Adjusted to five positions and temperature, it embodies the precision and reliability expected of a top-tier dress watch.

The case remains in outstanding condition with only minimal signs of wear. Its silk-brushed surface is beautifully preserved, and the edges along the case sides retain their crisp definition. The hallmarks on the caseback remain clearly visible, highlighting the refinement of the gold. The dial shows virtually no aging, the hands shine with excellent luster, and the central black accents ensure clarity of reading. The indexes show light patina but retain their brightness.
