36mmを超えるラウンドモデルのインター。IWCのフォーマルデザインを踏襲しつつも、迫力のサイズに仕上げたこちらは、腕の上で存在感がひときは強くなります。このサイズ感は横ケース径で言うと、ヨットクラブより大きいサイズです。時間精度の安定する60年代アンティークウォッチにおいて、ドレスラインでこのサイズは他社を含めても珍しいサイズです。非常に幅狭のペンシルハンドに筆記体のロゴ、パールドロップのミニッツドットがクラシックな印象です。クサビインデックスの上面に艶感のあるカットを施すことで、インデックスがきらりと光ります。盤面のデザインは全てが小さく、繊細に表現されており、文字盤がより大きく感じられるよう工夫がされています。シーラカンスと呼ばれる旧デザインのリューズが装備されています。搭載ムーブメントはインジュニアにも採用されたCal.853を搭載しています。

コンディションは大変ミントな印象を受けます。ケースは痩せがなく、エッジが鋭く立っています。傷が少なく瑞々しいです。ダイヤルはこの大きな画像でこそ薄くポツポツとしたエイジングが確認できますが、手にとって気になるものではありません。ほんのりシャンパンカラーに変化しており、ヴィンテージウォッチならではの表情を堪能できます。インデックスには若干のエイジングが確認できます。弊社にて分解掃除済みで49時間以上のパワーリザーブを確認しています。

アンティーク品と言えば現代品と比べて小ぶりな印象ですが、それでは今一つ物足りなかった方にも、楽しんで頂けるサイズ感のお品ではないでしょうか。他では無い迫力が楽しめます。

IWCのCal.85系自動巻きムーブメントは、独自機構のペラトン式を採用しています。巻き上げの際には、ビーズを転がすような音色を鳴らします。その音量は他社製品と比べて、明らかに大きいことが特徴となっています。

This Inter features a round model exceeding 36mm. While it follows IWC's formal design, the larger size gives it a commanding presence on the wrist. In terms of case diameter, this size surpasses that of a Yacht Club, making it a rarity among dress watches of the stable 1960s antique watch era. The narrow pencil hands, script logo, and pearl-drop minute markers contribute to its classic charm. The cut facets on the top surface of the wedge indexes enhance their luster. The dial design is meticulously crafted to make everything appear smaller, allowing the dial to appear larger. It's equipped with the old design crown called "Seilancast." It houses the Cal.853 movement, also used in the Ingenieur.

The condition leaves a mint impression. The case shows no signs of thinning, with sharp and well-defined edges. It has minimal scratches and looks fresh. While slight aging can be observed on the dial in this enlarged image, it's not noticeable upon closer inspection. It has developed a subtle champagne hue, offering a vintage watch's unique character. There's slight aging on the indexes. It has been disassembled, cleaned, and verified with a power reserve of over 49 hours by our company.

While antique pieces tend to have a smaller impression compared to modern ones, this item offers a size that can be enjoyed by those who find smaller sizes unsatisfying. Its unique size provides a captivating experience.
