スリムな33mm径のケースは18金無垢製。ステップベゼルと小さく控えめなラグは、1930年代前後のクラシックスタイルを踏襲しています。陶磁器の様なトーンの高いホワイトダイヤルは外周部に段をつけています。ケースバックはドレスウォッチに見られるスナップ式ではなく、4本のビスで留めるタイプでピアジェに見られるしっかりとした造り込みです。時分針はゴールドカラー。３時の日付、9時の曜日、6時位置にはムーンフェイズを搭載し、この時計のキャラクター性を確立しています。ピアジェ純正の18金無垢バックルを装備しています。

搭載ムーブメントであるCal.8532 自動巻きムーブメントは33石と多石、コートドジュネーブ仕上げが美しいです。曜日、日付、ムーンフェイズコンプリケーションを搭載しています。全てリューズ操作での設定が可能となっており、

ケースはほとんど手付かずのミントコンディションです。ステップベゼルのエッジ、鏡面仕上げとヘアライン仕上げはオリジナルのままで、手触りだけでも良好なコンディションであることが分かります。ダイヤルは大変綺麗な状態です。ダメージは一切見られず、艶を残しています。ブラックプリントやムーンフェイズのブルーが当時のままに現存しています。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、全てのファンクションが正常に作動し、パワーリザーブ46時間を確認しています。

1957年にピアジェはバーゼルフェアで発表された厚さわずか2mmの手巻きCal.9Pを発表、1960年には2.3mmの自動巻きCal.12Pを発表し、薄型ドレスウォッチのエレガンスの基礎を確立しました。続けて70、80年代には貴石やストーンダイヤルを用いたジュエリーウォッチを生産、80年代末にはとうとう永久カレンダーを備えたこのRef.15958を完成させました。90年代以降は他社含めこの様な作品が増えてきますが、こちらはそれらのルーツとも呼べるピアジェの歴史的な一本となっています。

1874年創業の宝飾時計ブランド。世界に僅かしかない完全一貫生産を行うマニファクチュールであるという点において、通常の宝飾時計ブランドとの決定的な違いがある。カルティエやオーディマ・ピゲ等にムーブメントを供給するなど、ムーブメントメーカーとしての実績もある。そして技術と共に、デザイン性においても高い評価を受け、時計界のジュエラーと称えられている由緒あるメーカーとして確固たる地位を確立している。

The slim 33mm solid 18k gold case of this Piaget timepiece embraces the classic style of the 1930s with its stepped bezel and modest lugs. The high-tone white dial, resembling ceramic, features stepped detailing on the periphery. The case back, secured with four screws instead of the usual snap-type found in dress watches, showcases Piaget's meticulous craftsmanship. The gold-colored hour and minute hands complement the dial elegantly. At 3 o'clock, the day and date indicators, and at 6 o'clock, the moon phase complication, contribute to the distinctive character of this timepiece. It comes equipped with Piaget's genuine solid 18k gold buckle.

The Cal.8532 automatic movement, with 33 jewels and beautiful Côtes de Genève finishing, incorporates a day-date and moon phase complication. All adjustments can be made through the crown:

- Pulling the crown once advances the date and moon phase.
- Pulling the crown twice adjusts the time.
- Quick change for the day from 9 p.m. to midnight.

The case is in mint condition, virtually untouched. The edges of the stepped bezel, the mirror and hairline finishes, all remain in their original state, evident in the excellent tactile condition. The dial is exceptionally clean, showing no signs of damage, retaining its luster. The black print and the blue hue of the moon phase are preserved as they were originally. After meticulous disassembly and cleaning by our team, all functions are in proper working order, with a confirmed power reserve of 46 hours.

In 1957, Piaget introduced the hand-wound Cal.9P with a thickness of just 2mm at the Basel Fair, establishing the foundation for the elegance of thin dress watches. Subsequently, in 1960, they presented the automatic Cal.12P, with a thickness of 2.3mm. In the 70s and 80s, Piaget produced jewelry watches incorporating precious stones and gemstone dials. In the late 80s, they finally created this Ref.15958 with a perpetual calendar. While similar pieces have emerged from other brands since the 90s, this Piaget stands as a historical piece, a root of such creations.
