オメガを代表するフラッグシップ、コンステレーション。ケースは通称“ドッグレッグ”と呼ばれるエッジの効いたラグを備え、この造形は1960年代半ばを象徴する意匠として知られています。12角のパイパンダイヤルはシルバーのサンレイで、針はドーフィン。インデックスと同様にセンターへブラックを配し、視認性と統一感を両立させています。本作はRef.168.005の後期型にあたり、リューズは巻き上げしやすい仕様へマイナーチェンジされたタイプです。ビーズオブライスの後期型であるRef.1503ブレスレットに、エンドリンク70を装備しています。

ケースは使用傷こそ見られますが、エッジのシャープさは十分に保たれ、シルエットは良好です。ベゼルには傷がなく、鏡面のような輝きをお楽しみいただけます。ダイヤルはエイジングを感じさせないシルバーの色味を維持し、清潔感のある印象です。針はわずかな傷がありますが光の反射は美しく、視認性を損ねるものではありません。インデックスはブラックプリントが崩れず残り、読み取りやすさに寄与しています。ブレスレットは固定リンク6-9個を備え、当時のテーパーを残した仕様です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Omega’s flagship Constellation is defined by its distinctive “dog-leg” lugs—sharp, angular facets that have come to symbolise mid-1960s Omega design. The twelve-sided pie-pan dial features a silver sunburst finish paired with dauphine hands, each accented with a central black stripe matching the indexes to ensure both legibility and visual cohesion. This example is a later iteration of Ref.168.005, equipped with the updated crown designed for smoother manual winding. It is fitted with the later Beads of Rice bracelet, Ref.1503, accompanied by 70 end links.

While the case shows signs of use, the edges remain satisfyingly sharp and the overall silhouette is well preserved. The bezel is free from noticeable scratches and retains a mirror-like lustre. The dial presents a clean silver tone with no prominent ageing, maintaining a crisp and refined appearance. The hands show light marks but reflect light beautifully and retain excellent legibility. The black detailing on the indexes remains intact, adding clarity to the display. The bracelet retains its original taper and features 6–9 fixed links characteristic of the period.
