30mmキャリバーより小さい28ｍｍのキャリバーを使用したブラックギルトのオメガ。ルミナスをアラビアインデックスに植字し、シリンジ針にも広く塗布しているスポーツウォッチモデルです。オメガのロゴやミニッツトラック、インダイヤルの細かな溝目盛りに至るまで、すべてがギルトによる細やかな仕上げで、一級品のクラフトマンシップが感じられます。スクリューバックのステンレスケースを使用しており、防水性能を高めております。

ケースは大きな損耗のない外観で、ラグのファセットも残っている優良なコンディションです。ダイヤルは経年変化により、半艶の質感に変化しています。針針とインデックスのルミナスはベージュに変わり、落ち着いた印象を与えます。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

30mmキャリバーは、オメガを代表するムーブメントのひとつであり、当時さまざまなモデルに採用されました。30mmを小型化させたCal.28Scは製造本数の少ないレアキャリバーです。スポーツウォッチとして耐震・耐衝撃性能を備えながら、戦前のサイズ感を楽しめる珍品です。

BRAND

腕時計が普及し始めた1910年代から手巻き、自動巻と変遷を経て、クオーツ時計の開発によって機械式時計が衰退します。それ以前の1960年代に機械式腕時計はひとつのピークに達します。当時は日本でも三種の神器の一つだったオメガの時計。持つ人のステータスとなる高級品で、各メーカーが精度や防水性、耐久性など切磋琢磨し開発した時代。コストをかけて、より良い時計造りのためにしのぎを削っていました。

COMMENT

An Omega featuring a black gilt dial and a 28mm caliber, which is even smaller than the renowned 30mm caliber. This sports watch model is characterized by luminous Arabic numerals, with generously applied luminous material on the syringe hands for enhanced legibility. Every detail, from the Omega logo to the minute track and the finely grooved sub-dial, is executed using the "negative relief" technique, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The stainless steel screw-back case provides added durability and water resistance.

The case remains in excellent condition with no significant signs of wear, and the lugs retain their original faceted edges. The dial has aged beautifully, deepening in color and acquiring a rich patina that enhances its vintage character. Similarly, the hands have developed a refined, aged look that complements the overall aesthetic. The luminous material on the hands and indices has mellowed into a beige tone, lending a subdued and elegant impression. The movement has been fully disassembled and serviced by our workshop.

While the 30mm caliber is one of Omega’s most celebrated movements, this model is equipped with its rarer 28mm counterpart. Combining shock resistance and durability with the classic styling of the 1940s, this timepiece offers a unique blend of sportiness and vintage elegance.
