キングセイコーの三世代目、56KSです。近未来的な造形のケースに、ティピカルなサンバーストダイヤルを搭載しています。インデックスは切子面が多く表面処理が施されているため、光を当てるとどの角度からでも輝きます。ハック機能が付いており、日付の早送りと戻しの両合わせができるため、非常に使い勝手の良い機械です。

The 56KS marks the third generation of King Seiko. Encased in a futuristic design, it features a typical sunburst dial. The indices, with their numerous facets and surface treatments, gleam from any angle when hit by light. Equipped with a hacking function, this timepiece allows for both quick setting and resetting of the date, making it incredibly user-friendly.

In the precision observatory trials held in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, in 1968, Seiko was judged to have the most accurate movement, surpassing other manufacturers.
