オメガのフラッグシップモデルであるコンステレーション。ラグがゆるくカーブしたデザインは、後年の角張ったドッグレッグラグより世代の古い、クラシックな意匠です。ダイヤルはパイパンで、内側はマットホワイト、外側は同心円のヘアラインと仕上げを変え立体的なフェイスを強調させています。ブレスレットはビーズオブライス、Ref.1502とエンドリンク11を装備しています。

全回転自動巻の第2世代Cal.551を搭載 。550番台以降のキャリバーは、可能な限り無駄を省いたスマートで完成された機械へと移行します。そのおかげで、デザインの規制が軽減され、よりスタイリッシュなフェイスが実現されています。

日常的に場所や用途を選んで着用していたのか、大きな傷は見られずケースのエッジはパリッとしており、ダイヤルはミントコンディションです。質感を当時のままに残し、光の反射が細やかで美しいです。針やインデックスは比較的輝き、角度によってキラキラと光を反射させています。ブレスレットは固定リンク6-9個で、発売当時のテーパーです。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、パワーリザーブ46時間を確認しています。

この世代のオメガの機械は自動巻効率が優秀なため、手巻きを必要とする場合がほとんどありません。コンステレーションのオリジナル竜頭は、デザイン性を重視しています。手巻きし難いなど、マニュアルでの操作が重い感じますが、オリジナルの仕様であり、問題ありません。

The Omega Constellation, serving as the flagship model, showcases a classic design with lug curves that are softer and more timeless compared to later angular dog-leg lugs. The pie-pan dial, with a matte white center and concentric circular brushed finish on the outer layer, creates a three-dimensional face. Equipped with a Beads of Rice bracelet, Ref.1502, and End Link 11, the watch exudes a classic charm.

It houses the second-generation automatic movement, Cal.551, ensuring optimal efficiency by eliminating unnecessary components. This transition allowed for a more stylish face design with reduced design restrictions.

The watch, showing little signs of wear, maintains sharp case edges, and the dial is in mint condition. It preserves the original texture, displaying subtle and beautiful light reflections. The hands and indexes retain a relatively vibrant shine, reflecting light sparklingly at different angles. The bracelet features fixed links, 6-9 pieces, with the taper typical of the era. Having undergone disassembly and cleaning by our company, the watch has a power reserve of 46 hours.

In the era of 1960, the prevailing notion was "a good watch equals a timekeeping watch."
