The elegantly designed barrel-shaped C-line case, crafted by Gérald Genta, was commonly seen around the 1970s. Unlike the later models with flat crystal glass, this piece features a domed crystal, allowing for a full vintage experience. This particular model is made of 18k solid rose gold, with a flat bezel that is meticulously finished with a fluted design, giving it a luxurious appeal. The combination of this opulent material with the sporty contours of the case creates an outstanding design. The dial features a gold linen finish, with black-painted bar indices at the center and pencil hands, ensuring excellent legibility. The case retains an excellent proportion, with the mirror-polished bevels on the lugs beautifully preserved.
