デニソン製ケースを採用した、珍しい仕様のロレックス。スムースなラグを備えたカラトラバタイプのケースは、英国・デニソン社によるもので、端正で上品な印象を与えます。ダイヤルはシルバーの縦ヘアライン仕上げ。外周にはチャプターリングを配し、ヴィンテージらしいクラシカルな表情を見せます。インデックスはオールアラビア仕様で、夜光塗料が施されています。針はブルースチールの夜光入りリーフハンドに、ゴールドカラーのテールドット秒針を組み合わせ、落ち着きと華やかさを両立した配色です。ムーブメントには、耐震装置を備えたこの世代の定番機、Cal.10 1/2Hを搭載しています。

ケースは、フラットなラグ上面のエッジがしっかりと立った、バランスの良いプロポーションを保っています。ダイヤルは年式相応の経年変化が見られますが、盤面のプリントに欠けは見られません。夜光塗料は黒ずみが見られます。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

This rare Rolex is fitted with a Denison-made case—a unique configuration that speaks to the brand's post-war British market presence. The Calatrava-style case, crafted by the renowned English case maker Dennison, features smooth, refined lugs and a clean, elegant profile. The silver dial is finished with a vertical brushed texture and framed by a chapter ring, giving it a distinctly vintage and classic aesthetic. The all-Arabic numeral layout is accented with aged luminous material, while the blued steel leaf hands with luminous centers and the gold-toned “tail dot” seconds hand add a perfect balance of restraint and subtle flair. Powering the watch is the Cal. 10 1/2H—Rolex’s robust, shock-resistant movement from this era.

The case remains well-proportioned with strong edges on the flat lugs, retaining its original structure and presence. The dial shows age-appropriate patina, with no loss to the printed text. The lume has darkened over time, contributing to its vintage character. Fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced by our workshop.

The case is British-made by Dennison, offering a rare glimpse into the collaboration between Rolex and UK-based suppliers.
