ケース上面がフラットなオイスターインペリアル。ぽってりとしたミッドサイズのケースに、大ぶりオイスターリューズが飛び出し、存在感を強調しています。ダイヤルはホワイトで、レターはブラックプリント。この年式では「EXTRA PRECISION」の表記が多く見られますが、こちらは「CHRONOMETRE」表記で、当時のハイエンドモデルであることを示しています。アラビアインデックスとミニッツトラックがアプライドで、上位機種らしい凝ったダイヤルデザインです。針はブルースチールのリーフハンドで、精緻さを感じさせます。ムーブメントは、10 1/2 Hの中で18石と多石、かつ6ポジション（六姿勢調整）をパスしたクロノメーター仕様のムーブメントが搭載されています。

Powering the watch is a rare chronometer-grade version of Rolex's 10 1/2 ligne caliber, featuring 18 jewels and adjusted to six positions.
