1952年製の手巻ロレックス、オイスターRef.6022です。伝統のオイスターケースの中でも手巻きモデルならではのケースの薄さで、堅牢でありながら袖口を邪魔しない着用感です。竜頭はスーパーオイスターを採用しており、ねじ込みではなくスマートです。12.3.6.9のみがアラビア数字のスポーティなデザイン。珍しいノールミナスの仕様。クサビのインデックスとともにエンボスのこの世代ならではの意匠です。時分針はリーフハンド。秒針はブルースチール針、目の細かいサークルラインと合わせて、ドレスとスポーティのバランスが絶妙です。

ケースは程よく使用されています。痩せは最低限で、良いプロポーションをしています。ダイヤルは全体に均一なグレイッシュなエイジングです。外周がより濃く、映像の手法でいうビネットのようです。ブルースチールの針は色抜けしておらず、ポイントカラーとして一役買っています。インデックスはキラキラと輝き、存在感を発揮しています。
