1940年代にドイツ国防軍の陸軍将兵むけに生産されたTRITONA製の軍用時計です。質実剛健な印象のステンレスケースはドイツ軍用時計では希少です。フラットなステップベゼルにトレタケのスクリューバックが装備される最上級仕様。耐震装置の付いたグレードの高いムーブメントが採用されています。オールアラビアに砲弾型の針、ロンジンにはない独特な表情です。ベルトはパリス菅です。

状態の良さも高ポイントです。ノンポリッシュで、ラグのエッジといい当時の雰囲気をいささかも損なうことがありません。ダイアルはほとんど全部がフレッシュなツヤを残しております。夜光も崩れることなくシルバーできれいに縁取られています。

28.8mmと小ぶりなケースは当時ならではのものですが、今となっては得難いサイズ感で個性を主張します。今回はリザードのベルトを着けてますが、さらにミリタリーなテイストの素材に替えても楽しめます。

裏蓋に刻印されたDはDeutsche（ドイツ）もしくはDienstuhr（制式時計）を示しており、Hはドイツ国防軍時代の陸軍の呼称であるHeerを意味しています。

This TRITONA military watch was produced in the 1940s for the German Army soldiers. Its stainless steel case exudes a simple and robust impression, a rarity among German military watches. It boasts the highest specification with a flat step bezel and a Tritona screw-back case, equipped with a high-grade movement featuring a shock-resistant device. With its all-Arabic numerals and bullet-shaped hands, it has a unique character not found in Longines watches. The strap is a Paris Kan.

Its excellent condition is another highlight. With non-polished surfaces, the edges of the lugs maintain the authentic atmosphere of the time. The dial retains a fresh shine almost entirely, with luminous material neatly outlined in silver, without any degradation.

The modest 28.8mm case size, typical of its era, asserts its individuality in today's context, offering a rare size that's hard to come by. While it currently sports a lizard strap, it can be further enjoyed with a material that accentuates its military aesthetic.

The "D" engraved on the case back signifies "Deutsche" (German) or "Dienstuhr" (official watch), while the "H" represents "Heer," the designation for the German Army during the era of the German Defense Force.
