ホイヤーの旗艦機種、オータビアです。1970年代らしいCライン、左リューズが特徴です。ベゼルにはタキメーターを搭載しています。ダイヤルは反射の強い縦ヘアラインのシルバー、フェイスのポイントカラーにオレンジを採用した、「オレンジボーイ」は国内外問わず人気のデザインです。3時に30分積算計、9時に永久秒針、6時に日付窓が位置します。風防はヴィンテージウォッチらしいプラスチックです。当時の純正品と思われるストラップとバックルが付属します。

搭載ムーブメントであるCal.15は簡易的な早送りが可能です。22時と0時を針で往復させることで早送りが可能です。 Cal.12搭載機に比べ、スモールセコンドを若干上に表示しています。

ケースは軽度の使用傷のみで、素晴らしいプロポーションです。ケースからラグの一体したエッジは綺麗なラインを描いています。傷の現れやすいベゼルはミントで、完璧な色味を残しています。ダイヤルはパーフェクトで、当時の質感をそのままに残しています。レターやインデックスのプリントに変色は見られません。厳正に判断しますと、ルミナスのエイジングにはムラが見られます。しかし、それこそがヴィンテージウォッチならではの、魅力の一つとなっています。

特徴的なオレンジカラーは、当時のモータースポーツや航空機の計器を彷彿とさせるデザインです。状態が良いため、当時の空気感をそのままに味わえるのがポイントです。

The bezel is equipped with a tachymeter, and the dial boasts a vertically brushed silver finish with an eye-catching orange accent, earning it the nickname "Orange Boy" and gaining popularity both domestically and internationally. Positioned at 3 o'clock is a 30-minute sub-dial, at 9 o'clock a continuous seconds hand, and at 6 o'clock a date window. The crystal is a vintage-style plastic, adding a touch of nostalgia. The watch comes with what appears to be the original strap and buckle from that era.

The Caliber 15 movement powering this timepiece allows for quick setting through a simple back-and-forth movement between 10 and 12 o'clock. Unlike the Caliber 12 version, this model slightly elevates the placement of the small seconds sub-dial.

The case displays minimal signs of use, maintaining exceptional proportions, and the integrated edge from the case to the lugs forms a beautiful line. The usually susceptible bezel is in mint condition, retaining perfect coloration. The dial is in pristine condition, preserving the original texture of the time, with no discoloration seen on lettering or indices. A discerning eye may notice some uneven aging in the luminous material, but this characteristic adds to the vintage charm unique to these watches.
