30mmキャリバーを搭載したオメガのブラックギルトダイヤルモデル。アラビアインデックスにルミナスを施し、針にも大きく夜光塗料が塗布されており、当時のスポーツウォッチとしての要素が随所に取り入れられています。オメガのロゴやレールトラック、インダイヤルの細かな溝の目盛りなど、すべてのディテールにおいて手が込んだ下地出し技法が施されています。本モデルはスウェーデン政府の発注により国民向けに販売され、裏蓋には「SUVERAN」の刻印が施されています。ステンレススチールのスクリューバックケースに、耐震装置付きのスモールセコンドムーブメント（30T2PC）を搭載し、実用性に優れた仕様となっています。

ケースは使用感が少なく、エッジがしっかりと効いており、非常に良い状態を保っています。ベゼルやラグのエッジも鮮やかに立ち、素晴らしいプロポーションを誇ります。ダイヤルはハズかに質感の変化が現れているものの、艶をよく残し、鮮烈なコンディションで、グロッシーなブラックミラーにレールウェイミニッツが浮き出るようなメリハリの効いた表情が際立っています。ルミナスは均一にベージュ色に焼けており、経年変化を楽しめます。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

An OMEGA black gilt dial model powered by the renowned 30mm caliber. Luminous Arabic numerals and generously applied lume on the hands reflect its sporting character of the era. Every detail—from the Omega logo and railway minute track to the finely grooved sub-dial scale—demonstrates meticulous gilt printing techniques. Commissioned by the Swedish government for civilian distribution, this model bears the “SUVERAN” engraving on the caseback. Housed in a stainless steel screw-back case and fitted with the shock-protected small seconds movement 30T2PC, it was built with practicality in mind.

The case shows minimal signs of wear, retaining sharp edges and excellent overall proportions. The bezel and lugs remain crisp and well defined. The dial exhibits only slight texture change, yet preserves strong gloss, with the railway minute track standing out vividly against the mirror-like black surface. The luminous material has aged evenly to a warm beige tone, offering pleasing patina. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

At a time in the 1940s when brass-plated cases were common, the adoption of stainless steel for the “SUVERAN” symbolized OMEGA’s technical ambition and ingenuity.
