国産初の10振動自動巻モデルとして誕生したグランドセイコー“61GS”。巻き上げローターには“GRAND SEIKO”の刻印が入り、細部まで当時の造り込みの良さが感じられます。ケースは丸みを帯びたフォルムながら、上面やラグ先端にはシャープなカッティングを施し、グランドセイコーらしい緊張感を湛えたデザイン。シルバーのサンレイダイヤルは繊細な放射仕上げが美しく、針とインデックス上面に配されたブラックラインが視認性を一段と高めています。

ケースは使用感が見られますが、全体のシルエットは崩れておらず、仕上げの質感も損なわれていません。裏蓋の刻印は鮮明で、メダリオンも良好な状態を保っています。ダイヤルは一部に傷があるものの、エイジングによる色味の変化がなく、落ち着いた印象です。針はわずかなくすみが見られますが、ブラックプリントと調和しつつ、全体の輝きはしっかり残っています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The 61GS was introduced as Japan’s first high-beat (36,000 vph) automatic Grand Seiko, marking a significant technical milestone for the brand. The rotor is engraved “GRAND SEIKO,” reflecting the meticulous finishing standards of the era. While the case presents a rounded overall form, sharp faceting along the upper surfaces and lug tips creates the disciplined tension characteristic of Grand Seiko design. The silver sunray dial features a finely executed radial finish, and the black inlays set into the hands and indexes enhance legibility with crisp contrast.

The case shows honest signs of wear, yet the overall silhouette remains intact and the integrity of the finishing is preserved. The caseback engraving is clear, and the medallion remains in good condition. Although there are minor marks on the dial, it retains an even tone without noticeable discoloration from aging, maintaining a calm and balanced appearance. The hands display slight patina, harmonizing naturally with the black detailing while retaining their overall brilliance. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.
