1972年製造のROLEX デイトジャスト Ref.1601。デイトジャストは1945年に登場して以来、ロレックスの主力モデルとしてその地位を保ち続けています。広く知られるヴィンテージデイトジャストの中でも、本個体はケース全体に18Kイエローゴールドを用いた、希少な仕様です。フルーテッドベゼルとゴールドの量感が調和し、ブラウンサンレイダイヤルがムードを整えています。貴金属ケースのRef.1601は、デイデイトと同様にラグの根元が盛り上がった造形を持ちます。さらにラグに横穴がないため、外観がすっきりとまとまり、ドレス寄りの佇まいが明確です。

ケース外装は傷がほとんど見られず、全体のプロポーションが整っています。7時側ラグ裏のホールマークは視認性が高く、刻印の状態が良好です。ダイヤルはムラや目立つ劣化がなく、サンレイの表情が自然に出ています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Among the widely recognized vintage examples, this piece stands out with its full 18K yellow gold case—an uncommon specification within the reference. The fluted bezel harmonizes with the substantial weight of gold, while the brown sunburst dial tempers the composition with depth and warmth. Precious metal Ref.1601 cases share the raised lug-root profile seen on the Day-Date, and the absence of lug holes contributes to a cleaner exterior, reinforcing its dress-oriented character.

The case exterior shows minimal signs of wear, and the overall proportions remain well defined. The hallmark beneath the 7 o’clock lug is clearly visible, with sharp, well-preserved engraving.
