イギリスから独立する以前の、1960年代にアブダビ首長国軍に支給されたハミルトン。 裏蓋にA.D.D.F.（Abu Dhabi Defence Force）の刻印がみてとれます。 官給時の個体番号と推測される00085が刻まれています。ケースはマット仕上げで、ラグと一体の頑強なデザインを特徴としています。マットブラックダイヤルには、24時間表記のアラビアンインデックスが配され、高い視認性が実現されています。二重蓋構造で、ダイヤルとムーブメントの間にも耐磁板が入っています。搭載ムーブメントはハック機能の備えたCal.684です。バンドの取り付けはバネ棒ではなく、パリス管です。

ケースは望みうるコンディションの中で最高のものとなっています。ツールウォッチですので酷使されているのが普通ですが、保管に伴う小傷のみでほとんど使用感がありません。ブラックダイヤルは目立ったダメージが見当たりません。プリントの印字に劣化は一切見られず、ルミナスは素晴らしいカラーリングをしています。針は夜光塗料が経年変化を見せていますが良い雰囲気となっています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。ご購入後すぐお使いいただけます。

This Hamilton watch, supplied to the Abu Dhabi Defence Force in the 1960s before the independence from the UK, bears the engraving A.D.D.F. (Abu Dhabi Defence Force) on the case back. The individual number, presumed to be the issue number at the time, is etched as 00085. The case features a matte finish, highlighting a robust design integrated with the lugs. The matte black dial is adorned with Arabic indices for 24-hour display, ensuring excellent visibility. With a double-case structure, a magnetic shield is also placed between the dial and the movement. Equipped with the Cal.684 movement featuring a hacking function, the watch is as functional as it is stylish. The band is attached using Parisian lugs instead of spring bars.

The case is in the best possible condition, showing minimal signs of use, typical for a tool watch. Despite storage-related minor scratches, there is hardly any noticeable wear. The black dial exhibits no significant damage, with prints and luminous material showing no signs of deterioration. While the hands display a charming patina due to the aging luminescent paint, the watch has been disassembled and cleaned by our experts, ensuring it is ready for immediate use after purchase.
