洗練された印象を受ける樽型Cラインのケースは、ジェラルド・ジェンタがデザインを手がけ、1970年前後によく見られました。後期型のガラス型風防に比べ、前期型のドーム型風防で、ヴィンテージテイストが堪能できます。 この個体は、18金無垢を採用しています。フラットなベゼルは、鏡面仕上げを施しています。ダイヤルはゴールドのリネン仕上げ。6時位置にOM（Or Massif）表記がなされており、ダイヤルにも金無垢を採用したフラッグシップラインです。バーインデックスのセンター位置と、ペンシルハンドはブラックの塗装が施されており、読時性に優れています。カレンダー枠は複雑にカッティングされ、細かいところまで抜かりがありません。

クロノメーター規格をパスした高精度なムーブメントCal.564を搭載。550番台以降のキャリバーは、可能な限り無駄を省いたスマートで完成された機械へと移行します。そのおかげで、デザインの規制が軽減され、よりスタイリッシュなフェイスが実現されています。竜頭の２段引きで、日付のクイックチェンジが可能です。20時から4時の間は、クイックチェンジを行わないようにお気をつけください。

ケースは良いプロポーションをしています。ラグのエッジ部にある鏡面の面取りが綺麗に残っています。ダイヤルは美しい状態を維持しています。針やインデックスの鏡面仕上げにくすみがなく、キラキラと輝きます。ダイヤルや針のブラックプリントは、剥がれがなくパーフェクトです。弊社にて分解掃除済です。

The refined tonneau-shaped C-line case, designed by Gérald Genta, is emblematic of late 1960s to early 1970s watch design. This particular example features an earlier domed acrylic crystal, offering a more distinctly vintage character compared to the later flat mineral versions. The case is crafted entirely from solid 18K gold, with a flat mirror-polished bezel that adds a sleek contrast. The gold-toned linen dial bears the “OM” (Or Massif) inscription at 6 o’clock, signifying a flagship line that features a solid gold dial. Black accents on the center of the bar indexes and pencil hands enhance legibility, while the intricately faceted date window frame reflects the attention paid to even the smallest details.

Inside beats the chronometer-certified Caliber 564, a high-precision movement representing the streamlined evolution of Omega’s 550-series calibers. This generation of movements is known for its mechanical efficiency and design flexibility, enabling more elegant dial layouts. The crown features a two-step pull system that allows for quick date adjustment—note that this function should not be used between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM to avoid damage.

The case retains strong proportions, with the polished bevels on the lugs remaining crisp and well-preserved. The dial is in excellent condition, and both hands and indexes exhibit vibrant mirror finishes without tarnish. The black print on the dial and hands is perfectly intact. The watch has been fully disassembled and cleaned by our workshop.

Born in an era when precision was the ultimate value, this is a pinnacle piece within Omega’s history. The Constellation line has long set the standard for both luxury and accuracy, and this particular example is a true heirloom piece—one that will continue to express its value well into the future. Notably, the C-line case contains a larger volume of gold compared to other gold Constellations, offering an impressive sense of weight and substance on the wrist.
