アイボリーのローマンダイアルは、マストタンクの中で最もスタンダードかつ、ポピュラーなアイテムです。クラシックなアイボリーの色合いに華を添えるのは、ブルースチールの針とブルーサファイアのリューズです。LMサイズのアイボリーダイアルは入荷が少なくなってきております。

ケースはガラスを含めて傷が非常に少なく、全体的に美しいコンディションを保っています。ベルトはクロコダイル製で、純正のバンドとバックルが装着されており、当時の構成を保った一本となっています。ダイヤルはシミや汚れのない綺麗な状態です。当モデルに見られるクラックが少々確認されますが、目立つものではなく、全体としては良好なコンディションを維持しています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

現在では、ジュエラーとして名高いカルティエですが、まだ懐中時計が主流だった1904年に本格的な腕時計を製作したのはカルティエが最初でした。「タンク」という名前は、“戦車”を意味し、第一次世界大戦中の終結に貢献したといわれる、ルノー製の戦車がデザインの基となっています。その中でもマストシリーズは文字盤のバリエーションが豊富にあります。

COMMENT

The ivory Roman dial is one of the most classic and iconic configurations in the Must de Cartier Tank line. The traditional ivory tone is beautifully complemented by blued steel hands and a blue sapphire cabochon crown. Large Model (LM) pieces with ivory dials have become increasingly scarce in today’s market.

The case, including the glass, remains in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. The strap is genuine crocodile leather and fitted with an original Cartier buckle, preserving the period-correct configuration. The dial is clean and free from stains or discoloration. While the model is known for developing hairline cracks over time, only minor ones are visible here and do not detract from the overall appearance. The watch has been fully serviced by us.
