The Cartier Santos Octagon Ref.0907 is a ladies’ model produced in the 1980s. Its stainless-steel case measures approximately 25 mm in diameter and is accented by an 18 K yellow-gold bezel. The screw-adorned bezel and distinctive octagonal geometry evoke Cartier’s signature sense of refined jewellery design.
