セイコーのクロノグラフの中でも高い人気を誇る通称“パンダ”ことRef.6138-8000。アイボリー調のベースに対して、2つのブラックインダイヤルを備えた左右対称のツーカウンター構成が特徴です。幅広のバーインデックスと立体感のあるケースフォルムが精悍な印象を与え、国産クロノグラフの完成形のひとつとして高く評価されるモデルです。本個体は当時の販売店による裏蓋シールが残され、オリジナルのボックス、ギャランティ、さらに追加コマまで揃った完品です。ブレスレットは純正が装着されています。

ダイヤル、ケース、風防ともに保管時のわずかな経年変化を除けば使用感は一切なく、未使用の状態を維持しています。裏蓋のシールも擦れなく残され、ブレスレットにも着用痕が見られません。ここまでのコンディションで残された個体は極めて稀であり、まさにニューオールドストック（NOS）と呼ぶにふさわしい逸品です。なお、本品は完全未使用状態のため、機械に対するサービスは一切行っておりません。

Among Seiko's mechanical chronographs, the Ref. 6138-8000—affectionately known as the “Panda”—is one of the most coveted. Its signature layout features two black sub-dials symmetrically positioned on an ivory-toned main dial, a configuration that delivers both visual balance and bold contrast. The wide bar indexes and angular case design lend the watch a sharp, confident presence, earning it recognition as one of the definitive expressions of vintage Japanese chronograph design. This particular piece comes as a complete set, including the original box, guarantee papers, additional bracelet links, and even retains the original caseback sticker from the time of sale. The bracelet is Seiko-signed and original to the watch.

The caseback sticker is intact without wear, and the bracelet shows no evidence of use. This exceptional preservation classifies it as a true New Old Stock (NOS) example—an exceedingly rare find.
