COMMENT

ref.2576で夜光なしは珍しい。夜光がない為にモノトーンとなり、ストイックでクールな印象。ノンポリッシュのケースはスクリューバックで、気になる傷はありません。ホワイト文字盤の経年変化は時代を考慮すれば良いと言えるかと思います。手に取るとスッとなじむ柔らかい表情をしておリます。

1940年代から1950年代にかけて製造されたオメガの自動巻きムーブメントCal.342を搭載。全回転のムーブメントが登場するまで主流であった半回転（ハーフローター）式、通称「バンパー」。手巻から自動巻きへの変遷を感じさせる面白いキャリバーで、コツコツと腕に振動を感じます。ヴィンテージ機械式時計の実感を持てる機械。

COMMENT

The absence of luminescence in ref. 2576 is a rarity. The lack of luminescence creates a monochromatic and stoic, cool impression. The non-polished case features a screw-back, and there are no noticeable scratches. Considering the era, the aging of the white dial can be deemed appropriate. When held, it presents a soft and seamlessly blending expression.

Powered by Omega's automatic movement Cal.342, manufactured during the 1940s to 1950s. This caliber belongs to the half-rotor (bumper) category, which was prevalent until the introduction of full-rotor movements. It provides an interesting transition from manual to automatic winding, giving a palpable sense of vintage mechanical watch experience with its rhythmic vibrations on the wrist.
