アイボリーのローマンダイアルは、マストタンクの中で最もスタンダードかつ、ポピュラーなアイテムです。クラシックなアイボリーの色合いに華を添えるのは、ブルースチールの針とブルーサファイアのカボションリューズです。マストシリーズには＜vermeil（ヴェルメイユ）＞という、シルバーの上に厚く金を貼る加工技術が用いられ手間とコストがかかっているため高級感のある仕様。

ケースは使用傷が最小で、ガラスも含めて傷が無く綺麗です。肉眼で気になるものではありませんが、文字盤はヴィンテージのカルティエによくみられるクラックが少々あります。ベルトはタンク専用オリジナルのサイズのままに製作しております。カルティエ純正のバックルが装備されておりますので、そのオリジナル性をお楽しみ頂けます。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

現在では、ジュエラーとして名高いカルティエですが、まだ懐中時計が主流だった1904年に本格的な腕時計を製作したのはカルティエが最初でした。「タンク」という名前は、“戦車”を意味し、第一次世界大戦中の終結に貢献したといわれる、ルノー製の戦車がデザインの基となっています。その中でもマストシリーズは文字盤のバリエーションが豊富にあります。

COMMENT

Among the Must de Cartier lineup, the ivory Roman dial is the most classic and widely recognized configuration. The elegant ivory tone is beautifully complemented by blued steel hands and a blue sapphire cabochon crown. The case is constructed using vermeil, a technique in which a thick layer of gold is bonded over sterling silver—an approach that requires considerable craftsmanship and cost, resulting in a highly refined appearance.

The case is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use, and the glass remains clear and free of scratches. While not noticeable to the naked eye, the dial shows a few fine cracks—something commonly seen in vintage Cartier pieces of this era. The strap is crafted in the original Tank dimensions, and the Cartier-signed buckle adds to its overall originality and authenticity.The watch has been fully disassembled and serviced by our team.
